You are the last exorcist in a valley overrun by demons. Your weapons strike on their own — your job is to move smart, collect soul gems and grow your arsenal. Survive 10 minutes to purge the valley.

Controls

Move with WASD or the arrow keys. Your weapons swing, shoot and smite automatically — positioning is the skill, not aiming. On phones and tablets, drag anywhere on the screen and your exorcist follows the virtual joystick. Press P or Esc to pause. On every level-up, pick one of three blessing cards with a click or keys 1-3.

Grow your arsenal

Fallen demons drop blue soul gems. Collect them to level up and choose between five weapons and six passive powers (attack speed, damage, move speed, max HP, XP gain and life steal). A weapon pushed to max level EVOLVES into a far deadlier form: the Crucifix Blade becomes the orbiting Blade Tempest, Holy Bolts become the piercing Crossfire, and the Ward Ring doubles into the Seraph Halo.

Survive the swarm

Waves grow denser by the minute. Use pickups to stay alive: hearts restore health, the relic magnet pulls every gem on screen and the holy bomb clears everything around you when the horde closes in. At minute 5 the Swarm Tyrant rises — keep your distance, circle around him and let your arsenal chew through his health. Purge the valley at minute 10 to win, or keep fighting endlessly for score.

Demon Swarm is a free survivors-like where you play the last exorcist standing between an endless demonic horde and the mortal world. Demons pour into a burning valley — imps, swarmers, brutes and winged horrors — and your job is not to fight them all, but to outlast them. Your holy weapons swing, shoot and smite automatically, so the real skill is positioning: kite the horde, cut through the densest packs and never get cornered. Fallen demons drop soul gems that feed your level-ups, and every level offers a choice of three blessings: five weapons (Crucifix Blade, Holy Bolts, Censer Flame, Ward Ring and Asperges Wave) and six passive powers like Fervor, Vigor or Soul Tithe. Push a weapon to max level and it evolves into a devastating form — Blade Tempest, Crossfire, Hellfire Purge, Seraph Halo or Judgement. Pickups keep you alive: hearts restore health, the relic magnet vacuum-collects gems and the holy bomb wipes the screen when the swarm closes in.
